Lindsay | Reynolda Gardens Bridal Portraits
Phewwww it's been a crazy past two months and I've neglected this blog! Since my last post, I've...
- Closed on a house + moved
- Gotten engaged (on the same day!)
- Been a bridesmaid for sweet Lindsay's wedding (more on that later)
- Been a bridesmaid in the wedding of my sister-in-law
- Started planning my own wedding for next May!
That being said, there's nothing like a long holiday weekend to get back in the swing of things! Lindsay and Chris got married a few weeks ago at the Levine Museum in Charlotte. A gorgeous, Uptown Charlotte wedding complete with flower crowns, good friends/sorority sisters, and a delicious pasta bar (you know I hit that up two times!).
As part of her wedding gift, I offered to take bridal portraits for Lindsay during her last dress fitting up in Winston Salem. We chose the Reynolda Gardens for obvious reasons, but also because it perfectly captured the vibe of Lindsay's wedding vision. We initially wanted to go inside the greenhouse, but it was closed on the weekend! We still made it work, shooting around multiple locations in the gardens. Oh, did I mention that it was also about 30 degrees that morning? In between shots, Lindsay was putting on black ski gloves and wrapping up in her fur stole to try and fight off numbness - but the shots were all worth it!
I'm so happy to share the full gallery of images now that she's finally a Mrs.!
